摘　　要：弗兰纳里·奥康纳是美国南方女性作家的杰出代表之一,其在作品《启示》中运用象征手法,设置丰富的意象,有效地实现了作品内容的传达及主题的揭示。文章通过对小说《启示》中事物、行为及背景象征的研究,探讨如何实现作品主题的揭示。Flannery O’Connor is one of the outstanding female writers in the south of the United States. In his work "Revelation",Flannery O’Connor uses symbolism and sets abundant images to effectively convey the content and reveal the theme of the work. Based on the study of things,behaviors and background symbols in "Revelation",this paper discusses how to reveal the theme of the novel.
