摘  要:本文基于开放系统的非平衡相变理论,以熵变作为系统平衡的判别参量,在将熵势场(取负值)看作重力场,并按人体的自组织调节参量描绘势曲线后,将复杂的系统演化问题极简化为二维坐标系中势曲线上小球的动力学平衡问题。通过对简化系统的分析可以发现,疾病的演化主要由病原的致病力和人体的自组织调节能力所共同决定,其过程可以分为三个典型的阶段:量变期、临界点和质变期,依据各阶段特点可以给出差异性的预防和治疗改进方案。但须指出的是,由于人体系统的复杂性,其平衡与稳定关系绝非二维坐标系上小球的平衡关系所能完全代表。本文采用了极简化的抽象,仅为更通俗直观地介绍基于系统论对疾病演变进行探讨的方法,目的是希望能藉此抛砖引玉,在以“还原论”为主导的科研体系外,尝试疾病防治研究的新途径。Based on the non-equilibrium phase change theory of open system,with entropy change as the identifying parameters of system equilibrium and the entropy potential field (negative) as gravitational potential field,we draw the potential curve based on the self-organizing adjusting parameters of the body and extremely simplify the problem of the complex system evolution in dynamic balance problem of a ball move on potential curve in the two-dimensional coordinate system.Through the analysis of the simplified system,it can be found that the evolution of disease is mainly determined by pathogens and self-organizing regulation ability of human body and the process can be divided into three typical stages:quantitative change,critical point and qualitative change.According to the characteristics of each stage,some improved prevention and treatment strategies can be given.However,it must be pointed out that due to the complexity of human system,its balance and stability relationship cannot be completely represented by a ball’s balance relationship on the two-dimensional coordinate system.In this paper,a very simplified abstract is adopted just to introduce the method of discussing disease evolution based on system theory in a more popular and intuitive way.The purpose is to try a new approach to disease prevention and control research in addition to the dominated "reductionism" method.
