摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,我国当前已经进入了知识经济时代。为了更好地适应当前的社会发展形势,高校必须做好科研管理工作。高校怎样做好科研管理工作,推动科学技术更好地发展,是我国绝大多数高校都面临的重要问题。该文主要分析了当前高校科研管理工作存在的主要问题,并有针对性地探索了一些解决策略,希望能够助力高校科研工作的开展,为高校和科技的发展奠定良好的基础。With the development of social economy, China has entered the era of knowledge economy. In order to better adapt to the current situation of social development, universities must do a good job in scientific research management. Socio-economic development has also increased the requirements for scientific research management in universities to a certain extent. How to improve scientific research management and promote the better development of science and technology is an important issue faced by most universities in China. The author mainly analyzes the main problems of the current scientific research management in universities, and finds some solutions to the problems, hoping to help the scientific research work of universities and lay a good foundation for the development of universities and science and technology.
