摘  要:随着基础教育的改革深化,班级组织变革广泛实行。班级组织是自然有机体和社会有机体的统一,具有自然生态与文化生态的双重属性,主体共生性关系的存在使得班级有机体达到理性生存样态,从而彰显其组织伦理生态特征。基于此,将班级视为一个有机生命体,从生态视角对其进行生态学诠释与生命化提升,回应教育学立场下的班级本质属性。With the deepening of basic education reform, the widespread implementation of class organizational changes is the trend. The class organization is a unity of natural organisms and social organisms, which has the dual attributes of natural ecology and cultural ecology. The existence of a symbiotic relationship between the subjects makes the class organisms reach a rational state of survival, thereby highlighting their organizational ethical ecological characteristics. Based on this, the class is regarded as an organic life body, and it is ecologically interpreted and promoted from an ecological perspective, responding to the class’ s essential attributes under this orientation and achieving its value return.
