摘  要:职业技能大赛是促进职业教育向技能培养发展的重要手段,是促进职业教育改革发展的助推器[1]。通过职业技能大赛不仅可以有效地检验和展示学校的教学成效,还能引领并逐步形成全社会尊技重职的氛围。该文以六安职业技术学院机电一体化技术专业为例,以专业人才培养方向为切入点,探讨在职业技能大赛背景下的机电一体化技术专业教学改革与实践实施路径。重点介绍职业技能大赛对机电一体化技术专业课程体系的建立、专业核心课程教学内容的重构、课程教学考核方式方法的创新、教学方式的改革、师资队伍的提升以及实训资源建设等方面发挥的作用。Professional skills competition is an important means to promote the development of vocational education to skills training,and a booster to promote the reform and development of vocational education[1]. Professional skills competition can not only test and reflect the school’s teaching effect, but also lead and form the atmosphere of respecting technology and valuing vocational education in the whole society gradually. Taking the major of Mechatronics in Lu’an Vocational Technical College as an example, this paper discusses the teaching reform and practice path of the Mechatronics major in the context of professional skills competition from the perspective of professional talent training. This paper focuses on the role of professional skills competition in the establishment of the curriculum system of Mechatronics, reconstruction of the teaching content of professional core courses, innovation of teaching assessment methods, reform of teaching methods, improvement of teaching staff and construction of practical training resources.
