成果为本教学法在英语师范生教学技能培养中的应用

摘　　要：针对目前英语师范生职前教学能力不足的问题,该文以"成果为本"为导向进行专业课程教学改革。教学实验和问卷调查结果表明,成果为本教学法可以帮助师范生明确学习目标,提高自主学习能力,并锻炼和提升他们的课堂教学技能。Given the unsatisfactory status quo of pre-service English teachers’ professional skills, "Outcome-based Education" is introduced to shed light on the course reform of English education majors. The results of the teaching experiment prove that Outcome-based Education can help students set up clear learning goals and motivate their autonomous learning ability, and also practice and improve their classroom teaching skills.
