隔网对抗性项群有效技能训练时间对教学效果影响的实验研究

摘　　要：通过实验法对高中阶段隔网对抗性项群项目——排球课程的有效技能训练时间进行控制,探索有效技能训练时间对教学的影响,实验表明:在排球运动技能形成过程中,适当的控制有效技能训练时间可以更好地提高教学效果,避免在隔网对抗性项群中过多的运用游戏训练法对技能的破坏作用,探索高中阶段隔网对抗性项群项目产生最佳教学效果的有效技能训练时间阈值。Through the experimental method,the effective skill training time of the volleyball course,which is a net antagonistic sport of the high school stage,is controlled,and the influence of the effective skill training time on the teaching is explored.The experiment shows that:in the process of the formation of volleyball sports skills,the appropriate control of the effective skill training time can better improve the teaching effect,and avoid the excessive use of games in the event group to destroy skills,and explore the effective skill training time threshold for the best teaching effect of the high school stage net antagonistic event group sports.
