摘　　要：采用文献资料法等研究方法,通过对高校户外运动人才培养模式与社会供需之间关系的解析,得出高校户外运动人才培养成效欠佳的主要原因是培养模式与社会、行业需求结合不充分导致。因此,本文采用ERG理论分别从生存需要、关系需要、成长需要三个层面构建高校户外运动人才培养模式与社会、行业的关联度,同时将ERG理论中的“受挫—回归”理论作为激发人才特长凸显的外部循环,最终形成以ERG理论为指导的高校户外运动人才培养模式。Through the analysis of the relationship between the training mode of outdoor sports talents in colleges and universities and the social supply and demand,this paper concludes that the main reason for the poor effect of outdoor sports talents training in colleges and universities is that the training mode is not sufficiently combined with the social and industrial demands.Therefore,this article uses the ERG theory respectively from three levels of survival needs,relationships need and growth needs to build the correlation between college outdoor sports talents training pattern,society and industry.At the same time,the ERG theory of“frustration-return”theory is used as the external circulation to stimulate talent specialty,and finally forms college outdoor sport talents training mode guided by the ERG theory.
