摘  要:近年来,数字化技术在颌面部外伤诊治中不断推广,极大提高了手术精准度,有效缩短了手术时间。由于髁突解剖位置和功能结构的特殊性,如何精确复位髁突骨折和恢复颞下颌关节功能一直是颌面外科临床中亟待解决的难题。本文对术前虚拟手术设计、力触觉反馈辅助外科计划系统、3D打印技术、手术导航、数字化测量体系及诊疗流程的建立、外科数字导板、预成型技术和个性化修复体等数字化技术在髁突骨折治疗中的应用作一综述并提出新的展望。In recent years,digital technology has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of maxillofacial trauma,which greatly improves the accuracy of surgery and effectively shortens the operation time.Due to the particularity of condylar anatomical position and functional structure,how to accurately reduce condylar fracture and restore the function of temporomandibular joint has been an urgent problem in the clinical maxillofacial surgery.This paper reviews the application of digital technologies in the treatment of condylar fracture,such as preoperative virtual surgery design,force tactile feedback assisted surgery planning system,3D printing technology,operation navigation,digital measurement system and the establishment of diagnosis and treatment process,surgical digital guide plate,preformed technology and personalized prosthesis.
