摘  要:首先通过单因素实验确定纤维素酶辅助超声提取节节草中总黄酮工艺条件的影响因素和水平,再利用正交法确定节节草中总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件,最后采用羟基清除实验测定提取物的抗氧化性.纤维素酶辅助超声提取节节草中总黄酮工艺条件为:液料比50:1 mL/g,酶用量60 mg/g,超声温度55oC,超声时间40 min,此条件下总黄酮得率为1.72%,提取的总黄酮抗氧化性强于同浓度维生素E.Firstly,the factors and levels of cellulase-assisted ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Equisetum ramosissimum Desf were determined by single factor experiment,and the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Equisetum ramosissimum Desf were determined by the orthogonal method.Then the antioxidant activity of the extract was determined by the hydroxyl scavenging exper iment.The conditions of cellulase assisted ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Equisetum ramosissimum Desf were as follows:the ratio of liquid to material was 50:1 mL/g,the amount of enzyme,60 mg/g,the ultrasonic temperature,55oC,and the ultrasonic time,40 min.Under these conditions,the yield of total flavonoids was 1.72%,and the antioxidant capacity of the extracted flavonoids was stronger than that of vitamin E in the same concentration.
