摘  要:以北京地铁17号线朝阳港站—十里河站区间左线盾构机穿墙过站为工程背景,介绍了一种盾构机穿墙过站的施工方法.该方法在盾构机掘进至车站围护结构前10 m时停机,待车站围护结构施作后盾构机复推破除围护结构,拼管片(通缝拼装)过站,待盾构区间施工完毕后再施工车站主体结构.对该工程穿越区域地连墙的设计及施工顺序、盾构机刀盘刀具的配置情况、盾构机穿墙时机及掘进参数、控制措施和实施效果等进行了详细介绍和分析,该工法在实际工程中得到了成功应用,取得了很好的实施效果,可为今后类似工程提供技术参考依据.Based on the engineering background of the shield tunneling machine passing through the walls on the left line along the Chaoyanggang-Shilihe section on Line 17 of Beijing subway,this paper introduces a construction method of shield tunneling through walls.By applying this method the shield tunneling machine was to stop at 10 m before the station envelope,and then the shield machine would push back and remove the envelope structure,and the main structure of the station would not be constructed until the shield section was completed.The design and construction sequence of the ground-traversing wall,the configuration of the cutter head tool of the shield machine,the timing of the shield mach ine through the wall and the tunneling parameters,control measures and implementation effects are introduced and analyzed in detail.The method has been successfully applied in actual projects and achieved good implementation results,which can provide technical reference for similar projects in the future.
