摘　　要：朝韩随着金正恩2018新年贺词对韩抛出橄榄枝迅速接近,进而带动整个半岛局势积极变化。这一轮朝韩密集互动,展现了远超以往的“自觉与自主”,但韩国一方的“自主性”在朝鲜看来远不达标。朝韩关系要摆脱以往“波动”模式形成良性循环,关键在于克服横亘在二者之间的制约因素。DPRK offer an olive branch to ROK with Kim Jong-un's New Year Message of 2018,the DPRK-ROK relations has rapidly approached which has driven positive changes in the overall situation.This round of intensive interaction between DPRK-ROK has demonstrated“self-consciousness and autonomy”far beyond the past,but it seemed to DPRK that the“autonomy”of ROK was far from the standard.The key to get rid of the previous volatility model and form a virtuous circle of DPRK-ROK relations lies in how to overcome the constraints between them.
