摘 要:为了更好地保障消费者的合法权益和提高食品质量安全监管,针对现存监管问题,给出了食用菌食品安全监管保障对策。优化食品质量安全公益诉讼相关法制,明确诉讼主体的资格和举证责任倒置以及优化健全生产经营者惩处相关制度。In order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and improve the food quality and safety governance, the legal system of edible fungi food safety governance is proposed. Aiming at the existing system problems, protection countermeasures of edible fungi food safety management are given. Optimize the relevant legal system for food quality and safety public interest litigation and clarify the subject matter of the litigation subject and put the burden of proof upside down, and optimize and improve the relevant system of punishment by producers and operators.
