资源禀赋视角下农户收入影响因素的比较研究

摘　　要：基于家庭资源禀赋视角,结合陕西调研数据,利用明瑟收入方程和分位数回归模型分析其对农户人均总收入以及不同收入结构和收入层次的影响。结果表明:家庭人力资本、社会资本、户主特征和村庄特征等相关变量对农户人均总收入均具有显著正向影响,固定资产和土地资本对农户人均总收入无显著影响;人力资本与社会资本变量对农户人均非农业收入影响效应更大,土地资本对人均非农收入产生一定的挤出效应;家庭人力资本、社会资本变量对中等和较高收入家庭影响效应更大,特别是中等收入家庭。因此,该研究从政府应加大农村义务教育普及程度、加大对农村基础设施建设的投资等方面提出政策建议。Based on the perspective of family resource endowment,combined with Shaanxi survey data,the mincer income equation and quantile regression model were used to analyze the impact on the per capita total income of farmers and different income structures and income levels.The results showed that,related variables such as family human capital,social capital,head of household characteristics and village characteristics have a significant positive effect on the per capita income of rural households,and fixed assets and land capital had no significant impact on the per capita income of rural households;human capital and social capital variables.The impact on the per capita non-agricultural income of farmers was greater,and land capital had a certain crowding out effect on per capita non-agricultural income;household human capital and social capital variables had a greater impact on middle and higher-income families,especially middle-income families.To this end,the government should increase policy popularization of rural compulsory education,increase investment in rural infrastructure construction and other aspects of policy recommendations.
