摘  要:探讨多活性基活性染料的固色性能、配伍性能、低盐染色性能、低温水洗性能,实现了活性染料低盐低耗染色技术的产业化应用。根据多活性基染料的固色性能和配伍性能,确定了9只可用于低盐低耗染色技术的染料;改进了料槽体积,由50 L缩小至30 L;缩短了开车料液平衡时间至110 s;采用提前追料的方法实现了固色无机盐用量由220 g/L降低至80 g/L,有效地解决了头尾色差的技术难题。研究了低温水洗工艺,实现了60℃低温皂洗,水洗溢流量由11 L/kg降低至7 L/kg,可节约水资源30%以上。The industrial application of low salt and low consumption dyeing technology of reactive dyes was realized by researching the fixation performance,compatibility performance,low salt dyeing performance and low temperature washing performance of multi reactive dyes.Based on the fixation performance and compatibility of multi reactive dyes,9 dyes suitable for low salt and low consumption dyeing were determined.The volume of the material trough was reduced from 50 L to 30 L,and the start-up material liquid equilibrium time was shortened to 110 s.The amount of fixation salt was reduced from 220 g/L to 80 g/L with the help of adding material in advance,which effectively solved the technical problem of head and tail color difference.The technology of low temperature water washing was studied,and the technology of 60℃low temperature soaping was realized.The overflow of washing was reduced from 11 L/kg to 7 L/kg,which could save more than 30%of water resources.
