摘  要:某地下矿山采用分段空场嗣后充填采矿法回采,选用全尾砂膏体泵送充填系统。针对该矿山生产现状,开展了充填材料配比和输送特性试验研究,通过物理化学性质分析,获得了全尾砂的物理特性、化学组成和粒级组成;通过配比试验、剪切试验、坍落度和流变特性测试,得到了充填体在不同浓度、灰砂比和养护龄期条件下的单轴抗压强度、内摩擦角、内聚力、坍落度和流变特性,为矿山充填材料配比选择和充填体力学分析提供了依据。An underground mine used sub-level stoping with delayed backfill method for mining, and choosed paste pumping backfilling system with total mill tailings. Based on the the current production situation of the mine, the backfill material proportion test and the transport characteristics test research were carried out. Through the analysis of physical and chemical properties, the physical properties, chemical components and particle size composition were obtained. The proportion test, shear test, slump test and rheological test were carried out to obtain the uniaxial compressive strength, internal friction angle, cohesive force, slump and rheological properties of the backfill under different concentrations, different lime-sand ratios, and different curing ages. It provided a basis for the selection the filling ratio and mechanical analysis of the backfill.
