摘　　要：自20世纪90年代起,网络成瘾行为引起全世界范围的关注。该行为本身及其所致的后果对全球公共卫生健康带来重大威胁。随着近年来国内外对网络成瘾行为发病率研究的重视,量表已成为目前网络成瘾行为的主要测量工具,大量自编和改编意译测量量表不断涌现。但是测量量表存在着理论各异、题项不同、界定不清等局限,这造成网络成瘾行为诊断依据和网络成瘾严重程度的分级标准尚无统一的金标准,是导致网络成瘾行为发病率检测结果差异较大及网络成瘾与心理行为健康之间影响因素混杂的重要原因之一。本文对现有网络成瘾行为测量工具进行整理,围绕量表的诊断标准、形式、种类和针对新型网络成瘾模式的特定量表进行综述。Internet addiction has gradually attracted worldwide attention since the 1990s,as the behavior itself and its consequences have become major global public health problems.Increasing global researches have focused on the prevalence of Internet addiction.Internet Addiction Scale is the main assessment tool for its measurement,and a large number of self-edited and adapted scales have emerged.However,the assessment scales lack a uniform gold standard for the diagnosis of Internet addiction and the classification criteria for the severity of this disorder because of its various theories,difference in question numbers,and cut-off scores,which eventually causes the large range of its prevalence rate and confused confounding factors.This article aims at reviewing the internet addiction assessment tools,diagnostic criteria,and specify some scales for internet addiction with new patterns.
