摘　　要：目的总结分析感染性疾病科护士日常工作压力特点,探讨员工帮助计划(employee assistance program,EAP)对改善其心理状态的效果以及提升整体护理质量的价值。方法选取感染性疾病科2018年1—12月在职护士16例,设为传染组;选取同期非感染性疾病科在职护士25例,设为非传染组,调查2组护士工作压力及心理状态。采用随机数字表法将传染组护士划分为对照组与试验组,各8例,对照组不予干预,试验组应用EAP管理,比较干预前后2组护士焦虑情绪和护理质量变化。结果与非传染组相比,传染组护士工作压力大,心理健康状态较差。EAP干预后试验组心理状态改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);整体护理质量也明显提高(P<0.05)。结论感染性疾病科护士日常工作压力相对较大,应用EAP管理有助于改善其心理状态,从而提高护理质量。Objective To summarize and analyze the daily work stress characteristics of nurses in the department of infectious diseases,explore the effect of employee assistance program(EAP)on improving their psychological state and the value of improving the overall nursing quality.Methods Sixteen incumbent nurses selected from the department of infectious diseases from January to December in 2018 were selected as infectious group.Meanwhile 25 nurses selected from the departments of non-infectious diseases were selected as the non-infectious group.The work stress and psychological state of all nurses in the 2 groups were investigated.Using random number table method,the infectious nurses were divided into control group and experimental group,with 8 cases in each group.The control group received no intervention,and the experimental group was given EAP service.The changes of nurse’s anxiety and nursing quality of 2 groups were compared before and after intervention.Results Compared with the nurses in the non-infectious group,the nurses in the infectious group had greater work pressure and poor mental health.After EAP intervention was given,the improvement of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing quality of the experimental group was significantly improved after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions The daily work stress of the nurses in the department of infectious diseases is relatively high,and the application of EAP management is helpful to improve their psychological state,so as to improve the quality of nursing.
