摘  要:研究企业负面新闻爆发后社交媒体平台产生的多类型信息的竞争传播规律有助于企业负面新闻的应对。企业负面新闻爆发后社交媒体平台随之产生虚假新闻、不确定性新闻信息及真实新闻信息。以生态学种群理论为基础,引入生物种群竞争Lotka-Volterra模型来刻画三者之间的动态竞争过程,并进行仿真和实证分析。不确定性新闻信息及真实新闻信息对虚假新闻的竞争系数影响虚假新闻的生存状态;三种新闻信息达到平衡状态只与三者之间的竞争系数有关;三种信息传播的拐点受竞争系数、信息扩散率及信息初始值的影响。To discuss the rules of competition and dissemination of multiple types of information generated by social media platform after the outbreak of negative news will help enterprises cope with negative news.After the outbreak of negative news,social media platforms produce false news,uncertain news information and real news information.Based on the ecological population theory,the Lotka-Volterra model of biological population competition was introduced to describe the dynamic competition process among the three groups,and the simulation and empirical analysis were carried out.Uncertain news information and the competition coefficient of real news information on false news affect the existence of false news;The balance of the three kinds of news and information is only related to the competition coefficient among them.The inflection points of three kinds of information propagation are affected by competition coefficient,information diffusion rate and initial value of information.
