六个山楂品种在山西的果实性状和品质分析

摘　　要：为评价不同山楂品种的果实性状和品质状况,在山西山楂产区进行了6个山楂主栽品种的果实性状调查与果实品质测定。结果表明,6个山楂品种果实性状存在显著差异;营养综合性状分析结果表明,歪把红、大金星和红五棱表现良好。In order to evaluate the fruit characters and quality of different hawthorn varieties,6 main cultivars of hawthorn were investigated in hawthorn producing area in Shanxi.The results showed that there were significant differences in fruit characters among the 6 hawthorn varieties.The comprehensive analysis of nutritional characters showed that the characters of Waibahong,Dajinxing and Hongwuleng were better than others.
