沙门氏菌乳胶凝集方法与常规方法的比较分析

摘　　要：以沙门氏菌乳胶凝集试剂盒为研究对象,通过与《GB 4789.4—2016食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》方法的比较,分析沙门氏菌乳胶凝集试剂盒在沙门氏菌检测中的作用及有效性评价。通过研究发现,沙门氏菌乳胶凝集试剂盒能够快速检测样品中的沙门氏菌,与《GB 4789.4—2016食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验沙门氏菌检验》方法相比,缩短了检测时间。但沙门氏菌乳胶凝集试剂盒能检测大部分的沙门氏菌,对于有些沙门氏菌无法检测出,因此只能作为沙门氏菌检测的辅助方法。In this study,a latex agglutination kit was taken as samples,which compared with《GB 4789.4—2016 National food safety standard Food microbiological examination:Salmonella》to analyze the role and effectiveness in the detection of Salmonella.The results indicated that the Salmonella latex agglutination kit can quickly detect Salmonella in samples,and reduce detection time compared with《GB 4789.4—2016 National food safety standard food microbiological examination:Salmonella》.However,the Salmonella latex agglutination kit could detect most Salmonella and could only be used as an auxiliary method for the detection of Salmonella.
