摘　　要：随着建筑行业的发展,建筑企业对人才的要求日益提高,尤其是装配式建筑技术的发展要求建筑人才必须要掌握综合技能。建筑复合型人才培养是建筑行业发展的必然举措,因此,论文立足于企业对建筑类人才的新要求,详细分析建筑复合型人才培养的现实需求,最后提出基于企业需求建筑复合型人才培养的具体策略,以此为建筑企业提供高素质人才。With the development of construction industry,the requirements of construction enterprises for talents are increasing day by day,especially the development of prefabricated building technology requires that construction talents must master comprehensive skills.Cultivating inter-disciplinary talents in architecture is inevitable in the development of construction industry.Therefore,based on the new requirements of enterprises for architectural talents,this paper analyzes in detail the practical needs of cultivating inter-disciplinary talents in architecture,and finally puts forward specific strategies for cultivating inter-disciplinary talents in architecture based on the enterprise demand,so as to provide high quality talents for architectural enterprises.
