摘　　要：色纺纱的测色对象通常是针织品,但因生产工艺引起的色差问题尚未得到足够重视,导致生产中无法及时发现问题,影响产品质量和生产效率。选取6种不同颜色配比的有色黏胶纤维纺制不同线密度和捻度的色纺纱,并以纬平针、1+1罗纹、半畦编3种组织结构分别编织色纺纱针织物。测试和分析色纺纱针织物的色差,研究纱线线密度、纱线捻度和织物组织3个因素对色纺纱针织物颜色的影响。结果表明,纱线线密度和捻度对色纺纱针织物的色差影响较大,本研究为色纺纱生产工艺的选择提供了依据。The object of color measurement of colored spun yarn is usually knitwear,but the color difference caused by processing technologies has not received enough attention,and it leads to the problems in production not-easily found in time,which affects product quality and production efficiency.Six kinds of colored viscose fibers with different color ratios were used as raw materials to spin colored spun yarns with different fineness and twist,and the colored spun knitted fabrics were knitted with three kinds of structures-weft plain,1+1 rib and half-cardigan.The color difference of the colored spun knitted fabric was tested and analyzed,and the influence of yarn fineness,twist and fabric structure on color of the fabric was studied.The results show that the yarn fineness and twist have a great influence on the color difference of colored knitted fabric.This study provides a basis for the selection of spinning process of colored spun yarn.
