摘　　要：目的探讨微小RNA-146a(miR-146a)在早期乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析2015年1月—2018年1月郑州市第三人民医院120例乳腺浸润性导管癌患者的临床资料,取手术病理组织标本,以癌旁组织作为对照。检测乳腺癌组织、癌旁组织中miR-146a表达,分析miR-146a表达与临床病理特征之间关系。结果乳腺癌组织中miR-146a相对表达水平低于癌旁组织(P<0.01);乳腺癌组织中miR-146a表达阳性率为20.83%,低于癌旁组织的73.33%(P<0.01);有淋巴结转移者miR-146a表达阳性率低于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.01);有复发转移者miR-146a表达阳性率低于无复发转移者(P<0.01)。结论早期乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中存在miR-146a低表达,且可能与淋巴结转移、复发转移密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-146 a(miR-146 a)in early infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The expression of miR-146 a in breast cancer tissues and paracancer tissues was detected,and the relationship between the expression of miR-146 a and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.Results The relative expression level of miR-146 a in breast cancer tissues was lower than that in paracancer tissues(P<0.01).The positive rate of miR-146 a expression in breast cancer tissues was 20.83%,which was lower than 73.33%in paracancer tissues(P<0.01).The positive rate of miR-146 a expression in patients with lymph node metastasis was lower than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.01).The positive rate of miR-146 a expression in patients with recurrent metastasis was lower than that in patients without recurrent metastasis(P<0.01).Conclusion MiR-146 a is underexpressed in early infiltrating ductal carcinoma of breast,which may be closely related to lymph node metastasis and recurrent metastasis.
