崇义野橘原生地与移植地果实化学元素及风味比较研究

摘  要:崇义野橘(Chongyi wild mandarin,Citrus reticulata)野生布于江西省崇义县.在分类系统上,"野橘"与"柑橘"是同一个物种,即Citrus reticulata Blanco.野橘为二倍体,遗传背景较一致.在原生地与移植地取样测定,对比分析两地野橘果实营养元素与土壤养分元素、以及二者与气候因子之间的关系,得到如下结果:1)崇义野橘原生地的土壤基本肥力高于移植地,这是野橘能良好生长、发育的基础.2)原生地土壤中大量元素和微量元素含量比移植地丰富,并在果实中也表现为原生地高于移植地,即土壤与果实的营养元素相应变化规律.3)轻稀土元素含量在原生地和移植地的土壤中差异不明显,在果实中也表现为两地差异不明显,但是两地的果实风味差异较大,这说明稀土元素可能不影响果实风味变化.4)原生地和移植地昼夜温差变化没有达到一定的"量级"程度,但瞬时光照强度相差较大,因此光照强度可能是影响果实品质的重要因子.5)适当增加光照强度有利于果皮色素形成和积累,果实颜色更鲜艳.因此,在光照强度较大的地区适时喷雾或稍遮荫有利于提高果实外观品质.Chongyi wild orange,Citrus reticulata,a wild species,is naturally distributed in Chongyi county of Jiangxi province and is considered as the same species as Citrus reticulata Blanco in taxonomy.Because of its diploid and has a consistent genetic background,this wild species is considered to be a rea-sonable research material of comparative analysis.Therefore,by taking samples of Chongyi wild mandarin from native field and transplant field,and performing comparative analysis between the samples from both fields,some reasonable conclusions were drawn in this paper as follows.1)The soil of native field of Chongyi wild mandarin has more fertility than that of implant field(i.e.the content of N,P,K,and organic compounds in soil were compared between the two fields),which is the basis for the good growth and development of Chongyi wild mandarin in native field.2)Contents of major elements and microelements of soil in native field are higher than in implant field,and the contents of those elements of fruits are also higher in native field than in implant field,indicating the nutrient elements of soil and fruit change accord-ingly.3)No significant differences were observed in contents of light rare earth elements in soils or in fruits between native and implant fields.However,flavor of fruits from native and implant fields exhibit remarkable difference,indicating that flavor of fruits is not affected by light rare earth elements in soil.4)The difference of temperature difference between day and night did not reach a“order”(above 10℃)between native and implant fields;but the difference of instant sunshine intensity between native and implant fields is remarkable,which demonstrates that sunshine intensity is an important factor to affect the fruit quality of Chongyi wild mandarin.5)Appropriate increase in sunshine intensity is beneficial to the formation and accumulation of peel pigments,resulting in fruits with more bright-colored peel.Therefore,the appearance quality of fruits will be improved by spraying or shadin
