月季长管蚜在马铃薯苗上的种群变化及杀虫剂室内毒力测定

摘  要:本文通过室内转接试验,研究月季长管蚜转接到马铃薯苗上后种群数量变化,并采用叶片浸渍法测定了几种杀虫剂对月季长管蚜无翅成蚜的室内毒力。结果表明,月季长管蚜能在马铃薯苗上存活并迅速扩大种群,是马铃薯苗期的潜在害虫;吡虫啉、啶虫脒、氟啶虫胺腈和吡蚜酮对月季长管蚜毒力较高,可作为防治月季长管蚜的首选药剂。In this paper, the change of population number of Macrosiphum rosirvorum Zhang after it was transferred to potato seedlings was studied by indoor transfer test, and the indoor toxicity of several insecticides to the wingless M. rosivorum was determined using leaf-dip method. The results showed that M. rosivorum could survive and rapidly reproduce offsprings on potato seedlings, and it was a kind of potential pest in potato seedling stage.Moreover, midachloprid, acetamiprid, sulfoxaflor and pymetrozine had high toxicity to the wingless M. rosivorum, which could be used as the first choice for the control of M. rosivorum.
