摘　　要：为了培养生物工程专业高素质人才,近年来,中南林业科技大学加大资金投入力度,加强生物工程实验室建设。本文分析了生物工程专业传统实验教学中存在的问题,介绍了构建多元化开放式实验教学模式的必要性,如共享实验设备、开设综合性实验、导师科研制与创新性实验并行,并阐述了实验室教学管理制度化,以期为培养生物工程领域人才提供参考。In order to cultivate high-quality talents in bioengineering, central south university of forestry and technology has increased capital investment and strengthened the construction of bioengineering laboratories in recent years. The paper analyzed the problems existing in the traditional experimental teaching of bioengineering majors, and introduced the necessity of constructing a diversified and open experimental teaching model, such as sharing experimental equipment, opening comprehensive experiments, tutor scientific research system and innovative experiments in parallel,elaborated the institutionalization of laboratory teaching management, in order to provide references for training talents in the field of bioengineering.
