摘  要:目的:对比FICE染色、联动成像技术及蓝激光放大染色技术对胃黏膜肠上皮化生的诊断价值。方法:选取胃黏膜肠化生患者240例,并依据不同检查方式分为FICE染色组、联动成像技术组和联合组(联动成像技术联合蓝激光放大染色技术),每组80例。比较三组不同方式内镜对胃黏膜肠上皮化生的诊断价值。结果:FICE染色组的敏感度、特异度、准确率明显低于其他组。联合组的敏感度、特异度、准确率明显高于其他各组。组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对胃黏膜肠上皮化生进行检查时,采用将联动成像技术与蓝激光放大染色技术相结合的方式,能够显著提高敏感度及检出结果准确率。Objective:To compare the diagnostic value of FICE staining,linkage imaging technology and blue laser amplification staining technology in intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa.Methods:240 patients with gastrointestinal metaplasia were selected and divided into FICE staining group,linkage imaging technique group and combined group(linkage imaging technology combined with blue laser amplification staining technology)according to different examination methods,with 80 cases in each group.The diagnostic value of three different endoscopes in intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa.Results:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of FICE staining group were significantly lower than those of other groups.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the combined group were significantly higher than those of other groups.There was statistically significant difference between the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the examination of intestinal metaplasia of gastric mucosa,the combination of linkage imaging technology and blue laser amplification staining technology can significantly improve the sensitivity and detection accuracy.
