摘　　要：目的:了解西安市孕妇妊娠压力、抑郁状况,探讨妊娠压力、产前抑郁的影响因素,为早期干预孕妇妊娠期心理问题提供科学的理论依据。方法:采用自编一般情况调查表、妊娠压力量表(PPS)和爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)对西安地区595例孕妇进行问卷调查,分析其压力、抑郁状况及其影响因素。结果:孕妇妊娠压力评分中值为1.47分,四分位间距为0.6分,属轻度压力,妊娠压力阳性率为92.94%;抑郁评分中值为8.00分,四分位间距为4.00分,抑郁阳性率为33.78%。职业、胎次、对胎儿性别的期待是孕妇妊娠压力的影响因素。文化程度、是否初产妇、妊娠压力状况是孕妇产前抑郁的影响因素。结论:产检孕妇普遍存在妊娠压力,产前抑郁状况不容乐观,应积极采取干预措施改善孕妇产前心理健康状况。Objective:To understand the pregnancy stress and depression status of pregnant women in Xi’an City,and to explore the influencing factors of pregnancy stress and prenatal depression,and to provide scientific theoretical basis for early intervention of pregnant women’s psychological problems during pregnancy.Methods:A total of 595 pregnant women in Xi’an were collected.The self-made general questionnaire,Pregnancy Pressure Scale(PPS)and Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale(EPDS)were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on pregnant women,and the influencing factors of stress and depression were analyzed.Results:The median of pregnant women’s pregnancy stress score was 1.47,the interquartile interval was 0.6,which was mildly stressful.The positive rate of pregnancy stress was 92.94%.The median of depression score was 8.00,the interquartile interval was 4.00,and the positive rate of depression was 33.78%.The occupation,parity,and gender expectation of the fetus were the influencing factors of pregnancy stress.The education,primiparas or not,and pregnancy stress were the influencing factors of prenatal depression.Conclusion:Pregnancy stress is common in prenatal check-up pregnant women,and prenatal depression is not optimistic.Active intervention measures should be taken to improve the prenatal mental health of pregnant women.
