摘　　要：毛泽东、邓小平、习近平三代领导人对教育地位和功能、教育方针、人才培养、教师队伍建设以及加强党对教育的领导和思想政治工作都做了非常精辟的论述。在新的时代,习近平总书记把握信息革命和知识经济时代的脉搏,传承和发展了毛泽东、邓小平的教育思想,对教育工作做了系列重要论述。一是强调教育优先的地位和培养人才的功能,提出“四个服务”,重视高校育人功能;二是从党和国家利益的高度强调教育的指导思想,提出培养“三有”新时代青年,确定“五育”人才培养目标;三是指出人才的极端重要性,明确人才培养的根本任务以及培养什么样的人才;四是明确教师的重要地位和作用以及教师的根本任务,培养“四有”好老师,关注教师待遇;五是强调加强党的领导和思想政治工作,抓好思政课程和课程思政,强化思政教师队伍建设。习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述,指引我国进一步深化教育改革,全面提高教育质量,为把我国从教育大国建设成教育强国,实现“两个一百年”的中国梦和中华民族的伟大复兴奠定了基础。The three generation leaders of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping and Xi Jinping have made a very penetrating elaboration of the status and functions of education,the educational policy,the training of talents,the construction of teaching staff and the strengthening of the Party’s leadership and ideological and political work in education.In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has grasped the pulse of the information revolution and the era of knowledge economy,inherited and developed the educational thoughts of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping,and made a series of important elaboration on the education.The first is to emphasize the priority of education and the function of cultivating talents,putting forward“four”services,and attaching importance to the function of educating talents in colleges and universities;the second is to emphasize the guiding ideology of education from the perspective of the interests of the Party and the Country,putting forward the training of“three haves”youth in the new era,and determining the training objectives of“five educations”;the third is to point out the extreme importance of talents,clarifying the fundamental task and training of talents to be fostered;the fourth is to clarify the important position and role of teachers and the basic tasks of teachers,cultivating“four haves”good teachers and paying attention to the benefits of teachers.The fifth is to emphasize the strengthening of the Party’s leadership and ideological and political work,paying attention to ideological and political courses,and strengthening the construction of ideological and political teachers.General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the education guide China to further deepen the education reform,to improve the quality of education in an all-round way,to lay the foundation for building China into a powerful nation of education from the great nation of education,and to realize the“two one hundred years”Chinese Dream and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
