摘 要:在文献综述基础上,明确了高校数字资源社会化服务的应然样态与价值诉求,阐述了长尾理论的内涵及其与高校数字资源社会化服务价值诉求的内在一致性,依据"繁荣长尾市场的九大法则",以高校数字资源社会化服务的价值诉求为旨向,提出基于长尾理论的高校数字资源社会化服务策略,即吸纳社会用户参与高校数字资源服务、建立"O2O"数字资源服务渠道、采用"非零和"思维供给数字资源服务、提供推荐信息协助用户选择资源服务、基于群体评测优化数字资源服务、以免费为基础提供灵活定价的增值服务。On the basis of literature review,this paper defines the proper appearance and value appeal of the socialized service of digital resources in universities,and expounds the connotation of long tail theory and its internal consistency with the value appeal of the socialized service of digital resources in universities.Based on the "nine laws of prospering the long-tail market" and taking the value appeal of the socialized service of digital resources in universities as the guidelines,this article puts forward the socialized service strategies of the digital resources in universities based on long tail theory.Including:absorbing social users to participate digital resources services of universities,establishing " O2 O" digital resources services channels,adopting "non-zero-sum" thinking to provide digital resources services,providing recommendation information to assist users in selecting digital resources services,optimization of digital resources services based on group evaluation and providing flexible pricing value-added services based on free services.
