摘 要:采用非等温DSC法对两种中温固化环氧胶膜的固化行为和固化动力学进行了研究,并在此基础上探讨了固化动力学与贮存性能的关系。利用T-β外推法计算两个体系的固化工艺参数,结合体系固化反应特点,预测其固化时间,从而确定胶膜固化工艺。并采用Kissinger、Ozawa和FWO法计算新型胶膜体系的表观活化能。研究结果表明:两种胶膜体系均只有一种反应,并且两种胶膜都具有优异的低温贮存稳定性。但是在室温贮存条件下,CLB-B胶膜体系更为优异。The curing behaviour and cuing kinetics of two kinds of epoxy film cured at moderate temperature were studied by non-isothermal DSC method,and the relationship between curing kinetics and storage properties was also discussed.The curing process parameters of two systems were calculated by T-βextrapolation method,and the curing time was predicted according to the curing reaction characteristics of systems so as to determine the curing process of film.The apparent activation energies of the new film system were calculated by Kissinger,Ozawa and FWO methods.The research results showed that there was only one reaction between two film systems,and both films had excellent storage stability at low temperature.However,CLB-B film system had better storage stability at room temperature.
