摘 要:目的:从工作-家庭边界管理的视角探讨服务业员工工作-家庭冲突对生活满意度的影响。方法:使用工作-家庭冲突量表、家庭支持型领导量表、边界控制感量表和生活满意度量表对654名员工进行测量。结果:①工作→家庭冲突、家庭→工作冲突同生活满意度呈负相关。②边界控制感分别在工作→家庭冲突、家庭→工作冲突对生活满意度的影响中起中介作用。③家庭→工作冲突经由边界控制感影响生活满意度的中介作用受家庭支持型领导的调节。结论:揭示了工作-家庭冲突对服务业员工生活满意度的影响机制,提示可通过干预提升家庭支持型领导行为进而降低工作-家庭冲突所产生的消极影响。Objective:To explore the effect of work-family conflict on life satisfaction in the perspective of work-family boundary management.Methods:A sample of 654 employees was evaluated with a questionnaire consisted of work-family conflict scale,perceived boundary control scale,family supportive supervisor scale and life satisfaction scale.Results:①Work-family conflict and family-work conflict were positively correlated with life satisfaction.②Perceived boundary control mediated the relationship between work-family conflict and life satisfaction.③Family supportive supervisor moderated the mediation role of perceived boundary control.Conclusion:Our finding provides further insight into the mechanism how work-family conflict influences life satisfaction.Organizations should consider encouraging supervisors engaged in these family-supported behaviors,which would alleviate the negative impact of work-family conflict.
