重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合克林霉素注射液治疗宫颈HPV感染患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊与克林霉素治疗宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月门诊收治的86例宫颈HPV感染者,随机分为两组,对照组给予克林霉素注射液治疗,观察组给予重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合克林霉素注射液治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后外周血Treg细胞、Th17细胞水平、HPV转阴率、宫颈病变治疗有效率及安全性。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者外周血Treg细胞、Th17细胞水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者外周血Treg细胞、Th17细胞水平均下降,且观察组患者外周血Treg细胞、Th17细胞水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者HPV转阴率、宫颈病变疗效有效率分别为79.07%、90.70%,高于对照组的41.86%、37.21%(P<0.05);观察组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为9.30%、6.98%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:重组人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合克林霉素治疗宫颈HPV感染患者可提高患者的临床疗效,改善宫颈糜烂的临床症状、机体的细胞免疫状态,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of recombinant human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent capsules combined with clindamycin injection in the treatment of cervical HPV infection patients.Methods:86 outpatients with cervical HPV infection admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with clindamycin injection only,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferonα2b vaginal effervescent capsules combined with clindamycin injection.Tthe clinical efficacy,peripheral Blood Treg cells before and after treatment,Th17 cells,HPV conversion rate and cervical lesion treatment efficiency and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical efficacy rate of the observation group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that(76.74%)of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Treg cells and Th17 cells in the peripheral blood of the two groups were not significantly different before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the above levels both decreased,and the levels of Treg cells and Th17 cells of the peripheral blood of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The HPV conversion rate(79.07%)and the effective rate of cervical lesions(90.69%)in the observation group were higher than those(41.86%and 37.21%)of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 9.30%and 6.98%respectively,and there is no statistic significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:It is recommended to promote clinically recombinant human interferonα2b Vaginal effervescent capsules combined with clindamycin injection in the treatment of patients with cervical HPV infection,for the new method can improve the clinical efficacy of patients,the clinical symptoms of cervical erosion,and the cellular immune status of the body.
