胃镜下止血治疗消化性溃疡合并上消化道出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究对消化性溃疡(peptic ulcer,PU)合并上消化道出血患者进行胃镜下止血治疗的临床效果。方法:将2018年1月至2019年1月期间汉中市勉县红十字医院收治的68例PU合并上消化道出血患者随机分为胃镜下止血治疗组(EH组,n=34)与常规药物治疗组(CDT组,n=34)。对CDT组患者进行常规的药物治疗,对EH组患者进行胃镜下止血治疗,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果:治疗后,EH组患者止血的时间、大便潜血消失的时间、肠鸣音恢复正常的时间和住院的时间均短于CDT组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,两组患者再出血的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:对PU合并上消化道出血患者进行胃镜下止血治疗能显著缩短其止血的时间、大便潜血消失的时间、肠鸣音恢复正常的时间和住院的时间。Objective:To clarify the clinical effect of hemostasis under gastroscope in patients with Peptic ulcer(PU)combined with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,68 PU patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into gastroscopy hemostatic treatment group(EH group,n=34)and conventional drug treatment group(CDT group,n=34).The CDT group was given routine drug therapy,and the EH group was given gastroscope hemostasis therapy,and then the clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the time of hemostasis,the time of loss of fecal ocestic blood,the time of recovery of bowel sound and the time of hospitalization in EH group were shorter than those in CDT group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of rebleeding between the two groups was P>0.05,compared with P>0.05.Conclusion:Gastroscopic hemostasis in patients with PU complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding can significantly shorten the time of hemostasis,loss of fecal ocestic blood,recovery of bowel sou nds and hospitalization.
