热牙胶垂直加压根管充填术治疗急性牙髓炎的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨用热牙胶垂直加压根管充填术治疗急性牙髓炎的效果。方法:将黔西南州人民医院接诊的70例急性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法将其分为冷-侧组(35例)和热-垂组(35例)。为冷-侧组患者采用冷牙胶侧方加压根管充填术进行治疗,为热-垂组患者采用热牙胶垂直加压根管充填术进行治疗。然后对比两组患者治疗的总有效率和进行根管填充的时间。结果:与冷-侧组患者相比,热-垂组患者治疗的总有效率较高,其进行根管填充的时间较短,P<0.05。结论:用热牙胶垂直加压根管充填术治疗急性牙髓炎的效果较好,能够显著缩短患者进行根管填充的时间。Objective:To investigate the effect of vertical compression root canal filling with hot gum in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods:70 patients with acute pulpitis in Qianxinan People’s Hospital were studied.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the cold-side group(35 cases)and the hot-vertical group(35 cases).Patients in the cold-side group were treated with cold glue lateral pressurized root canal filling,while patients in the hot-dip group were treated with hot glue vertical pressurized root canal filling.Then the total response rate of treatment and the time of root canal filling were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the cold-side group,the total effective rate of the hot-dip group was higher,and the time of root canal filling was shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vertical compression endodontic filling with hot gum is effective in treating acute pulpitis and can significantly shorten the time of endodontic filling.
