探讨一次性冲洗管在结膜囊冲洗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨一次性冲洗管在眼科门诊结膜囊冲洗中的应用。方法:选取2018年10月至2019年1月在海南省眼科医院门诊进行结膜囊冲洗治疗的患者201例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。使用一次性冲洗管对观察组患者进行结膜囊冲洗,使用眼部冲洗玻璃管对对照组患者进行结膜囊冲洗。然后对比两组患者冲洗用物准备的时间、冲洗时间、冲洗液用量、材料费用和对冲洗的满意率。结果:观察组患者冲洗用物准备的时间、冲洗时间、冲洗液用量、材料费用和对冲洗的满意率分别为(26.15±3.21)s、(10.18±1.35)s、(217.3±27.23)ml、(1.81±0.15)元、86.1%(87/101),对照组患者冲洗用物准备的时间、冲洗时间、冲洗液用量、材料费用和对冲洗的满意率分别为(63.25±4.51)s、(15.7±2.52)s、(323.19±60.05)ml、(2.53±0.35)元、50%(50/100)。观察组患者冲洗用物准备的时间、冲洗时间均短于对照组患者,其冲洗液用量、材料费用均少于对照组患者,其对冲洗的满意率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:一次性冲洗管在眼科门诊结膜囊冲洗中的应用效果较好,可有效地缩短冲洗的时间,降低冲洗成本,提高患者对冲洗的满意率。Objective:To investigate the application of one-time irrigation tube in the irrigation of conjunctival sac in ophthalmology clinic.Methods:201 patients who underwent conjunctival sac irrigation in the outpatient department of Hainan Eye Hospital from October 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The conjunctival sac in the observation group was irrigated with a disposable irrigated tube,and the conjunctival sac in the control group was irrigated with an eye irrigated glass tube.Then,the preparation time,irrigation time,dosage of irrigation fluid,cost of materials and satisfaction rate of irrigation were compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the preparation time,irrigation time,dosage of irrigation fluid,material cost and satisfaction rate of irrigation were respectively(26.15±3.21)s,(10.18±1.35)s,(217.3±27.23)ml,(1.81±0.15)yuan,and 86.1%(87/101).In the control group,the irrigation preparation time,irrigation time,dosage of irrigation fluid,material cost and satisfaction rate of irrigation were respectively(63.25±4.51)s,(15.7±2.52)s,(323.19±60.05)ml,(2.53±0.35)yuan and 50%(50/100).In the observation group,the preparation time and flushing time of irrigation materials were shorter than those of the control group,the dosage of irrigation fluid and the cost of materials were lower than those of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of irrigation was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of one-time irrigation tube in the irrigation of conjunctiva sac in ophthalmology clinic is good,it can shorten the irrigation time,reduce the cost and improve the satisfaction rate of the patients.
