多潘立酮片联合复方消化酶胶囊治疗老年功能性消化不良的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察用多潘立酮片联合复方消化酶胶囊对老年功能性消化不良患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年6月期间伊犁州中医医院收治的60例老年功能性消化不良患者为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。用多潘立酮片对对照组患者进行治疗,用多潘立酮片联合复方消化酶胶囊对观察组患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率较高,P<0.05。结论:用多潘立酮片联合复方消化酶胶囊对老年功能性消化不良患者进行治疗可取得理想的临床疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of domperidone tablets combined with compound digestive enzyme capsules in the treatment of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:60 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to Yili Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with domperidone tablets and those in the observation group were treated with domperidone tablets combined with compound digestive enzyme capsules.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of domperidone tablet and compound digestive enzyme capsule can achieve ideal clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with functional dyspepsia.
