普拉洛芬联合聚乙烯醇治疗干燥性角结膜炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用普拉洛芬联合聚乙烯醇治疗干燥性角结膜炎的效果。方法:将2018年10月至2019年6月期间浙江大学医学院附属第二医院收治的124例干燥性角结膜炎患者根据随机数表法分为研究组(62例)和对照组(62例)。为两组患者均使用聚乙烯醇滴眼液进行治疗。在此基础上,为研究组患者使用普拉洛芬滴眼液进行治疗。然后观察两组患者泪膜破裂的时间及治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,研究组患者泪膜破裂的时间长于对照组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用普拉洛芬联合聚乙烯醇治疗干燥性角结膜炎的效果显著,可有效地改善患者的临床症状。Objective:To investigate the effect of pralofen combined with polyvinyl alcohol in the treatment of dry keratoconjunctivitis.Methods:124 patients with dry keratoconjunctivitis admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from October 2018 to June 2019 were divided into study group(62 cases)and control group(62 cases)according to random number table method.Patients in both groups were treated with polyvinyl alcohol eye drops.On this basis,patients in the study group were treated with pralofen eye drops.Then the time of tear film rupture and the therapeutic effect were observed.Results:After treatment,the tear film rupture time of the study group was longer than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of dry keratoconjunctivitis with pralofen combined with polyvinyl alcohol is effective and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
