健脾调中消痞汤加减治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析用健脾调中消痞汤加减治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:选取2016年4月至2018年8月在江油市太平镇卫生院接受治疗的100例脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象。将这些患者按单双数分组法分为中药组和西药组(50例/组)。为西药组患者采用多潘立酮进行治疗,为中药组患者采用健脾调中消痞汤加减进行治疗。然后对比两组患者治疗的总有效率及治疗前后其临床症状的积分。结果:中药组患者治疗的总有效率高于西药组患者,P<0.05。治疗后,中药组患者脘腹胀满症状的积分、胃脘隐痛症状的积分均低于西药组患者,P<0.05。结论:用健脾调中消痞汤加减治疗脾虚气滞型功能性消化不良的临床效果较好,可显著改善患者的临床症状。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of jianpi Tiaozhong Xiaopi Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation.Methods:100 patients with functional dyspepsia with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation who were treated in Taiping Town Health Center of Jiangyou city from April 2016 to August 2018 were selected as research objects.These patients were divided into the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group(50 cases/group)according to the single and even number grouping method.Patients in the western medicine group were treated with domperidone,and those in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with Jianpi Tiaozhong Xiaopi Decoction.The two groups were then compared in terms of the total response rate and the scores of clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms of full abdominal distension and hidden pain in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of functional dyspepsia caused by spleen deficiency and qi stagnation by jianpi Tiaozhong Xiaopi Decoction has a good clinical effect and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
