盐酸曲马多缓释片联合丁香散外敷疗法治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究分析对恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛患者采用盐酸曲马多缓释片联合丁香散外敷疗法进行治疗的临床效果。方法:采用分层抽样法选取海南省第二人民医院2017年7月至2019年6月接诊的恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛患者70例作为研究对象。采用单双号分组法将其分为盐-丁组和盐酸曲马多组(35例/组)。为盐酸曲马多组患者采用盐酸曲马多缓释片进行治疗,为盐-丁组患者采用盐酸曲马多缓释片联合丁香散外敷疗法进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的疼痛缓解率和VAS评分。结果:1)治疗4周后,盐-丁组患者的疼痛缓解率高于盐酸曲马多组患者,P<0.05。2)治疗2周后和治疗4周后,盐-丁组患者的VAS评分均低于盐酸曲马多组患者,P<0.05。结论:对恶性肿瘤骨转移性疼痛患者采用盐酸曲马多缓释片联合丁香散外敷疗法进行治疗可显著减轻其疼痛的症状。Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect of tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with xiangxiang Powder applied externally in patients with bone metastatic pain from malignant tumor.Methods:A total of 70 patients with bone metastatic pain from malignant tumor admitted to The Second People’s Hospital of Hainan Province from July 2017 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects by stratified sampling.It was divided into salt-butyl group and Tramadol hydrochloride group(35 cases/group)by odd and even sign grouping method.Tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets were used for the treatment of the patients in the tramadol hydrochloride group,and the salt-D group were treated with tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with xiangxiang powder externally.Pain relief rates and VAS scores were then compared between the two groups.Results:1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the pain relief rate of salt-D group was higher than that of tramadol hydrochloride group(P<0.05).2)After 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks of treatment,VAS scores of patients in the salt-D group were lower than those in the tramadol hydrochloride group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tramadol hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with xiang Xiang Powder can significantly relieve the pain symptoms in patients with ma lignant bone metastatic pain.
