摘  要:针对火箭、飞机以及船舶等设备的管路系统,因制造与装配中偏差累积引起的系统装配效率低和可靠性下降等问题,研究空间管路装配中来源于管件成型和焊接变形的偏差形式,建立基于旋量的偏差表征,改进基于指数积公式的偏差传递模型,提出关键特征坐标误差指标(KCCE)评价偏差传递模型预测精度,实现完整的空间管路装配偏差传递建模:以三维空间管路为案例进行装配偏差传递建模与分析,结果表明:基于旋量的偏差表征方式适用于空间管路装配,改进后的空间管路装配偏差传递模型预测精度更高。In pipeline systems of many devices such as rockets,airplanes,and ships,etc.,there are difficult problems,like low assembly efficiency and reduced reliability,due to deviations accumulation of manufacturing and assembly processes.In order to solve these problems,forms of the variations from pipesforming and welding deformation in spatial pipes assembly have is studied,and also is characterized based on torsor theory,the completed deviation propagation model of spatial pipes is established by proposing animprovement variations stack-up method based on product of exponentials and also anaccuracy evaluation index for the model,called Keycharacteristic coordinate Error(KCCE).Adeviations propagation model of a three-dimensional spatial pipe assembly case is studied,the results shows that the characterized method based on torsor theory fits for pipe systems assembly,the precision of the model built via the improved modelis respectively better.
