摘　　要：缺血性脑卒中是全球永久性残疾的重要原因,目前对缺血性脑卒中的主要治疗方式是康复治疗,临床尚无有效药物或生物制剂可显著改善神经功能障碍。而以干细胞(如牙髓干细胞)为基础的治疗方法,是治疗包括缺血性脑卒中在内的神经系统疾病的一种有希望的替代方法。牙髓干细胞是一种具有多向分化和自我更新能力的间充质干细胞,可通过简单、无痛、非侵入性的方式获得,不仅可以用于治疗牙科疾病,还可以对各种受损组织或器官进行修复,调节免疫系统,对全身其他疾病进行治疗。研究表明,牙髓干细胞比骨髓来源的间充质干细胞具有更高的再生潜能。本文对牙髓干细胞在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的研究进展进行综述。Ischemic stroke is an important cause of permanent disability.Rehabilitation therapy is the main treatment for ischemic stroke and there is no effective drug or biological agent that can significantly improve neurological dysfunction.Stem cells,such as dental pulp stem cells,are promising alternative therapeutic choice in treatment of neurological diseases.Dental pulp stem cells are mesenchymal stem cells with multi-directional differentiation and self-renewal ability.It can be obtained through simple,painless and non-invasive way.It can treat dental diseases,repair damaged tissues or organs and regulat immune system.Studies have proved that dental pulp stem cells have more regenerative potential than bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells.This article reviewed the research progress of dental pulp stem cells in treatment of ischemic stroke.
