摘　　要：SCARA工业机器人因其控制精度高、运行速度快等优势,被广泛应用于汽车制造、电子产品工业、药品生产和食品加工等领域。本文介绍了SCARA工业机器人的结构,并对其运动控制方法进行研究。分析PLC驱动伺服电机实现SCARA工业机器人运动控制的方案及运动规律。SCARA industrial robot has been widely used in the fields of automobile manufacturing,electronic products industry drug production and food processing,as its advantages of high control accuracy and fast running speed.This paper introduces the structure of SCARA industrial robot and studies its motion control method.It analyzes the scheme and law of motion control of SCARA industrial robot driven by PLC servo motor.
