摘  要:运输商品小汽车的JSQ6车辆禁止通过驼峰和禁止溜放,在技术站解编作业时需要经迂回线推送,影响车站解体作业效率。为了分析验证JSQ6车辆经驼峰溜放的安全性,首先计算JSQ6车辆下部最低点距离轨面高度。以郑州北站驼峰为例,从理论上对JSQ6车辆通过驼峰峰顶处限界、变坡点处车辆钩差、车辆通过减速器、通过道岔、S弯及小半径曲线道岔、货物装载状态等5个影响驼峰溜放安全因素进行理论分析。设计现场试验,对JSQ6车辆经驼峰溜放的安全性进行验证。综合理论分析和实验验证结果,提出完善车辆驼峰溜放安全技术规章、研制车辆底部与轨面距离智能检测系统、改善驼峰平纵断面几何尺寸、修订驼峰调车作业办法等关键技术对策,为实现JSQ6车辆过峰及溜放,提高驼峰作业效率,加速车辆周转提供技术支撑。JSQ6 wagons for transporting commodity automobiles are not allowed to pass the hump or roll down.When unmarshalling at the technical station,the wagons adopts the operation mode of pushing through the round-about line,which seriously affects the decoupling operation efficiency.To analyze and verify the safety of JSQ6 wagon humping,the height from the lowest point of the lower part of JSQ6 wagon to the rail surface is calculated.Taking the hump of Zhengzhou North Station as an example,this paper theoretically analyzes the five factors affecting the safety of JSQ6 wagon humping,including clearance at the hump top,the difference in the height of the horizontal line at the center of the coupler at gradient change point,pasting through the retarder,passing through S-bend and small curve radius turnouts,and loading state of goods.The result verifies them through field tests.In this paper,the field test is designed to verify the safety of JSQ6 rolling on the hump and the critical technical measures are put forward,such as lifting the ban from regulations,intelligent measurement of wagon bottom distance,stabilization of the geometric dimension of the horizontal and vertical sections,and improvement of the shunting operation.This paper provides technical support for JSQ6 wagon hump pushing and rolling,increasing the hump capacity and wagon turnaround efficiency.
