摘  要:通过对高炉压力加强型齿轮箱水冷系统的工艺介绍,掌握其工艺特点和技术优势,结合现场实际运行发现的问题,分析原因,提出解决的方法,对水冷站优化改进,保证在冷却强度高、冷却效果好、能耗低的前提下,实现齿轮箱的高效、长寿运行。Through introduction of the process of the pressure enhanced gearbox water cooling system of blast furnace,the process characteristics and technical advantages are learnt.Combined with the problems found in the actual operation,the causes are analyzed,and solutions are put forward.The water cooling station was optimized and improved to en⁃sure the efficient and long-term operation of the gearbox under the premise of high cooling intensity,good cooling effect and low energy consumption.
