摘 要:目的探讨少白细胞技术输血对输血患者输血反应血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平影响。方法回顾性分析2017年4月至2019年2月荆州市中心血站100例输血患者,按不同输血方法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规输血治疗,观察组实施少白细胞技术输血治疗。比较两组输血效果;比较治疗前及治疗1、2 d后两组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平变化;观察并记录治疗期间两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组输血总有效率98.00%显著高于对照组74.00%(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗1、2 d后两组血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均先升高后降低,且观察组始终显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.00%显著低于对照组18.00%(P<0.05)。结论少白细胞技术输血治疗输血效果确切,可降低TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平,抑制炎症反应,且可有效减少不良反应的发生,保障输血安全性。Objective To investigate the effect of oligocytic technology transfusion on transfusion response and serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in transfused patients.Methods A total of 100 blood transfusion patients from April 2017 to February 2019 in Jingzhou Central Blood Station were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different transfusion methods.with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional blood transfusion,and the observation group received oligocytic technology transfusion.Blood transfusion effect was compared between the two groups.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups before and after treatment 1 and 2 days were compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups was observed and recorded during treatment.Results The total effective rate 198.00%of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 74.00%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups increased at first and then decreased at the second day after treatment,and the observation group was always significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 6.00%was significantly lower than that in the control group 18.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Oligocytic technology transfusion has an effective effect on reducing the levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8,inhibiting the inflammatory reaction,effectively reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions,and ensuring the safety of blood transfusion.
