化痰通络法在治疗缺血性脑卒中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究化痰通络法在治疗缺血性脑卒中的应用效果。方法选取北京市房山中医医院2018年10月至2019年9月收治的风痰阻络型缺血性脑卒中患者60例为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为A组(30例)与B组(30例)。A组患者采用血塞通冻干粉针和依达拉奉的方法进行治疗,B组患者在A组患者治疗的基础上加以实施化痰通络法,观察比较两组患者治疗前后的BARTHEL指数评分、神经功能缺损评分和治疗有效率。结果治疗后两组患者的BARTHEL指数评分和神经功能缺损评分均有显著改善,B组患者较之A组患者改善幅度更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者总治疗有效24例,治疗有效率为80.00%,B组患者总治疗有效28例,治疗有效率为93.33%,B组显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化痰通络法在治疗缺血性脑卒中的应用效果显著,能够显著提高患者的BARTHEL指数评分以及显著降低患者的神经功能缺损评分同时还能够显著提高患者的治疗有效率。Objective To study the effect of Huatan Tongluo method on ischemic stroke.Methods From October 2018 to September 2019,60 patients with wind-phlegm blocking collaterals type ischemic stroke were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into A、B two groups by random number table method,30 each.A group of patients were treated with Xuesaitong lyophilized powder acupuncture and Edaravone.B group of patients were treated with Huatan Tongluo method on the basis of treatment in the A group.Results After treatment,the barthel index score and neurological deficit scores of the two groups of patients were significantly improved.The improvement of group B patients was more significant than that of group A.The data were significantly different(P<0.05).Treatment was effective in 15 cases,with a treatment effectiveness rate of 60.00%.Group B patients had a total treatment effectiveness of 24 cases,and the treatment effectiveness rate was 92.31%.Group B was significantly higher than group A with significant data differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The Huatantongluo method has a significant application effect on ischemic stroke.It can significantly increase the barthel index score of patients and significantly reduce the neurological deficit score of patients.It can also significantly improve the treatment efficiency of patients.
