支架置入术治疗症状性弓上颅外动脉狭窄患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察支架置入术治疗症状性弓上颅外动脉狭窄患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年8月至2018年8月我院收治的67例症状性弓上颅外动脉狭窄患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式不同分为对照组(n=35)与观察组(n=32)。对照组予以阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以支架置入术治疗。治疗后随访12个月,比较两组患者的死亡率、血管再狭窄率及神经功能。结果两组的死亡率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的血管再狭窄率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的NIHSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访12个月后,两组的NIHSS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组的NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用支架置入术治疗症状性弓上颅外动脉狭窄效果显著,可有效降低患者的血管再狭窄率,改善其神经功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of stent implantation in the treatment of patients with symptomatic superior extracranial artery stenosis.Methods The clinical data of 67 patients with symptomatic superior extracranial arterial stenosis admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into control group(n=35)and observation group(n=32)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel orally,and the observation group was treated with stent implantation.Followed up for 12 months after treatment,the mortality rate,vascular restenosis rate and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results No statistical difference was found in the mortality rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The vascular restenosis rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,no statistical difference was found in the NIHSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After 12 months of followed-up,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Stent implantation has significant effect in the treatment of symptomatic superior extracranial artery stenosis,which can effectively reduce the vascular restenosis rate,and improve the neurological function.
