甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗前庭性偏头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗前庭性偏头痛患者的临床疗效。方法将80例前庭性偏头痛患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)。对照组采用甲磺酸倍他司汀片单药治疗,观察组采用甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、眩晕发作次数、眩晕发作时间、疼痛发作强度及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组治疗后的眩晕发作次数较少,眩晕发作时间较短,疼痛发作强度较低(P均<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率(12.50%vs.2.50%)比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论与甲磺酸倍他司汀片单药治疗相比,甲磺酸倍他司汀片联合盐酸氟桂利嗪治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床疗效显著,且安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of betahistine mesylate tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of vestibular migraine.Methods 80 patients with vestibular migraine were randomly divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with betahistine mesylate tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with betahistine mesylate tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,attack times of vertigo,attack duration of vertigo,pain intensity and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%,significantly higher than 65.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the attack times of vertigo after treatment in the observation group were fewer,the attack duration of vertigo was shorter,and the pain intensity was lower(all P<0.05).No statistical difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions(12.50%vs.2.50%)between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Compared with betahistine mesylate tablets alone,betahistine mesylate tablets combined with flunarizine hydrochloride in the treatment of vestibular migraine has significant clinical efficacy and good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
